Stocking and Delivery:
Our massive stockyard is spread over a sprawling area which ultimately helps us store both our raw materials and finished products in a systematically stream-lined and effective manner. We have dedicatedly and thoroughly planned our stocking area keeping future storage space requirements in view. Therefore, we are highly capable of storing bulk quantities of our Raw-materials and finished goods. Timely procurement of Raw-Material and adequate storage capacity during Low-Markets enable us to sustain the adverse High Market scenario. Optimum planning of stocking of finished goods helps us from distress selling due to constraint in adequate storage space. Our Stock area is sufficiently well equipped with sophisticated equipments required for loading and unloading of materials. Appropriate installation of modern technology is utilized for ensuring man-safety while handling of unloading Raw-Materials and loading of Finished Goods.
Few of the most important characteristics our facility includes:
- Spacious.
- Highly automated.
- Well connected to roads.
- Fire safety arrangements.
Facilities:
- Latest Spectrometer for Instant and Accurate Chemical Analysis of Metal.
- Physical Testing Facilities.
- Chemical Testing at Metallurgical Laboratories.
- Immersion Pyrometer with digital temp reading for monitoring temperature of Molten Material.

For the manufacturing of M. S. Ingot & M. S. Billet, the basic raw materials used are Sponge Iron, Cast Iron Scraps, Mild steel Scarps and Ferro Alloys. It is the most important raw material in basic steel manufacturing process especially by the mill route. We have an installed capacity of 50000 MT per annum of M. S Ingot & M. S. Billet. While manufacturing, we take all the necessary precautions to avoid the ingress of gases from the atmosphere during the Melting process and the Billet casting process. This is done by ensuring completely closed casting through Argon Shroud during Continuous Casting. In case of Ingot Casting, it is ensured by providing an Inert Gas Shroud to the metal stream between trumped & the ladle.
With our rich expertise and long term experience, we are offering a quality range of MS Billet that are used for various purposes, building & construction, electrical and mechanical engineering works. These are appreciated for being in compliance with tolerance parameters and high dimensional accuracy. Moreover, these are available in regular standards as well as in customized options as specified by the Clients.
Castings - We produce high quality heavy ferrous castings for Power, Mining, Steel, Off Shore and other heavy industries. Our partial range is listed below:
- Weight Range: 500 Kgs to 70,000 Kgs.
- Materials: Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless steel, Cast Iron, White Iron, Ductile Iron, Creep Resistance Steel etc.
- Standards: Indian Standard, ASTM, EN, GS, DIN.
- Specification: As per IS:2830:1992 standards.
- Supply Length: Maximum length up to 7 meters.
- Mechanical Properties: Conforming to customer's requirement and as per ASTM / BIS / SAE.
- Product Identification: Billets are identified by color coding across section surface of each billet with reference of heat number and grade.
- Test Certificate: Test Certificates are issued from our central testing Lab, in accordance with product specification as required by the customer.
- Product Applications: Our carbon & alloy steel products have extensive application in automotive, engineering and forging industries.
Continuous Castings / Billets are used for various applications like
- Forging Industries: for forging, upsetting, and ring-rolling applications.
- Re-rolling Industries: for re-rolling into various Sections & Profiles.
- Processing Industries: for peeling or turning the Hot Rolled Bars into the Cold Finished Bars & Precision
Shafts.
Some of the characteristics are as follows:
- These bars are fully “sound centered”, as the macro etch examination is carried out at the Billet stage to confirm the internal soundness before subjecting to the rolling.
- Optimum reduction ratios are maintained by selecting the most appropriate Billet size.
